The Ratnagiri Estate in the Southern region of India was established in 1920 and is owned and operated by Ashok Patre - having been passed down by his father and his grandfather before him. Grown in shady conditions on an estate that’s also home to an abundance of wildlife and other biodiverse crops, this honey processed coffee was depulped and slowly dried for 26 days on raised beds.

The result is a comforting, easy-sipping Wintry cup that’s sure to warm your cockles. The first thing you’ll notice are tasting notes of maple flapjack and honey whiskey at the forefront, with long-lingering afternotes of luxurious vanilla custard.
