This special lot is made entirely from Smallholder farms in the Eastern Highlands, sourced by Mr Peno Kavori who ensures fair prices for the local collaborating farmers. Thanks to the use of the CO2 method of decaffeination, the flavour components remain safely in the bean throughout, resulting in a vibrant & refreshing final cup.
